Every piece is soft where it touches and secure where it counts — padded, with adjustable, hard-wearing fittings. Full material and care details will be listed on each product page at launch.

Yes! Every item is sold individually, so you can mix and match however you like — or use Build-Your-Set on our homepage to put together a matching harness, collar and lead and save 20% on the three together.

We recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for anxious dogs. Our harnesses and collars have generous adjustment ranges, so the larger size will still fit securely. If you're unsure, message us with your dog's measurements and we'll advise.

We send everything by Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days once dispatched, and orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40. Orders under £40 have a flat £3.49 delivery charge.

We're UK-only for now while we're small. International shipping is on the wish list — join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it happens.

Yes — you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not happy for any reason — wrong size, changed your mind, or your dog just isn't feeling it — we'll sort it. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll take care of the rest and process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receiving the item back.

Of course — we'll exchange for the right size with no fuss. If you're unsure before ordering, check our Size Guide or send us your dog's measurements and we'll help you get it right first time.
